24 Hour Towing & Recovery Services

Should a member require service outside greater Nairobi (30 Kms from the Central Business District), AUTO ASSURED will facilitate service through its Nationwide Network of Towing Agents, where possible.

In all such cases the member will be required to pay the towing agent for any services provided. These services are not factored in the membership fee paid to Auto Assured. The membership fee covers services provided by Auto Assured within the greater Nairobi.

Auto Assured will not charge the member for this facilitation service

While Auto Assured shall strive to appoint reputable providers at all times Auto Assured does not guarantee and shall not be liable for the quality or otherwise of the services to be provided by such agents. Auto Assured’s role outside greater Nairobi is only to facilitate service for members at their moment of need.
