QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Automotive Engineering or Motor Vehicle Mechanics Course –Diploma/Degree Minimum qualification Certificate e.g. City and Guilds, KNEC, NYS or any other established and recognized institution
- Fast Motor Vehicle Mechanical and Electrical Diagnostic skills – knowledge of new motor vehicle models a must
- Excellent Driving skills, with driving experience minimum of 2 years – Class BCE.
- Experience in Towing is an added advantage
- First Aid Skills an added advantage
- Motor cycle outriders – Class G who meet the above requirements are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent knowledge of Nairobi and its environs
Work Experience
Minimum Work Experience of 1 – 2 years in Automotive related work in Automotive Workshops, Garages, Motor Dealerships, Government or Parastatal Organisations
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provision of rescue services to Auto Assured customers
- Motor Vehicle Mechanical and Diagnostics
- Administration services
- Dealing with Police, Insurance Claims departments, Hospitals, insurance brokers and agents
- Motor Vehicle fleet management
All Candidates Must Be/Have
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili
- Excellent communication and public relation skills.
- Self motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Leadership skills, Organisational and problem solving skills.
- Basic Office Organisational skills( report, letter and minutes writing )
- Computer Literate – Microsoft Office
- Neat and Presentable.
- Team player
- Punctual.
- Disciplined.
- Integrity and Honesty a must
- Fast learner.
- Ability to work long hours
- Ability and willingness to work in any part of the country
- Ambitious.
- Demonstratable Leadership Skills
- Ability to communicate with individuals of all nationalities
