All reports will be prepared within 48 - 72hours, subject to presentation of all relevant documentation and meeting requirements i.e.

• Log book copy ( both sides)  ( 2)
• Import Documents/relevant purchase documents in the event that the vehicle has no log book
  • Copy of Importers Copy of Import Declaration form
  • Copy of the C63 customs entry form
  • Copy of Export Certificate from country of supply
  • Copy of the Kenya Revenue Receipt ( showing payment of duty and other applicable taxes)
  • Copy of the Container Freight Station Release Order
• Valid Insurance Certificate

Kindly note that a report will not be issued without these requirements being met.
