Dcumentation required for processing of motor accident and theft claims:

• Duly completed motor accident or theft claim form
• Copy of driver’s license
• Excess cheque payable by banker’s cheque
• Duly completed Police abstract report
• Towing receipts (where applicable)
• Medical receipts for the insured and/or their passengers NOT for third parties (where applicable)
• Copy of relevant pages of passport for foreigners.

For windscreen claims:

• Duly completed windscreen claim form.
• Photograph of the damaged windscreen, window glass or wing mirror which captures the vehicle registration.
• Original receipt for replaced windscreen, window glass or wing mirror.
