In the event of a Theft/Carjacking we:

• Arrange for transport for the member from where they were abandoned within greater Nairobi
• In case of an injury arrange for an ambulance to hospital
• Inform the Police of the theft
• Advice member on procedures to acquire a police abstract report
• Relay urgent messages to family, friends or colleagues informing them of the incident
• If the vehicle is traced provide Towing and Recoveryservices
